1. Services
AI Check may provide an AI Visibility Check, full audit, implementation plan, implementation support, monitoring, agency reporting or a custom engagement. The exact platforms, prompts, markets, languages, deliverables and delivery date are stated in the accepted order documents.
2. Ordering
A website form submission is an enquiry, not an accepted order. After review, we may send a proposal, order confirmation or invoice. The contract is formed when the client accepts that document or pays the stated invoice, unless the document provides otherwise.
3. Price and payment
Website prices marked “from” are indicative. The accepted order states the final price, currency, taxes, payment schedule and provider details. Work may begin after cleared payment or the agreed deposit. Bank, payment-provider and currency-conversion fees are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
4. Client inputs
The client will provide accurate business information, markets, competitor context, access or approvals reasonably required for delivery, and confirms it is authorised to provide them. Delays in client inputs may move the delivery date.
5. Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are supplied electronically. The client should report a material scope discrepancy within seven calendar days after delivery. We will correct verified discrepancies with the accepted scope; changes or additional work may require a new estimate.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Before work starts, the parties may agree a cancellation in writing. After work starts, fees for completed work and committed non-refundable costs remain payable. Because reports and plans are customised digital services, refunds are not available after delivery except where required by law or expressly agreed in the order.
7. Methodology and outcomes
Audits are point-in-time professional analyses of selected prompts and observable AI responses. Outputs vary, and third-party platforms can change without notice. We do not guarantee mentions, citations, rankings, traffic, revenue or continued availability of any platform feature.
8. Intellectual property and licence
After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use delivered reports and recommendations internally and with its advisers. Pre-existing methods, templates, software and know-how remain with the provider. Public use of the provider's name, logo or confidential report requires written permission.
9. Confidentiality and data
Each party will protect non-public information received for the engagement and use it only to perform or receive the services. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and any agreed data-processing terms.
10. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, the provider's total aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not excuse payment obligations or infringement of the other party's intellectual property.
11. Applicable terms and contact
The order confirmation controls if it conflicts with this page and identifies the governing law, courts and contracting provider. Questions and notices may be sent to sale@aicheckonline.com.
