1. Who controls your information
AI Check is a service by PR.WEB. The contracting PR.WEB service provider is identified in the proposal, order confirmation or invoice issued for a paid engagement. For privacy questions or requests, email sale@aicheckonline.com.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, website, company or industry, target market, competitors, requested service and any information included in your message. We also receive ordinary technical request data needed to operate and secure the website.
3. How and why we use it
We use submitted information to answer enquiries, assess fit, prepare a scope or quotation, deliver requested services, maintain business records, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
4. Form and service providers
The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit to our business mailbox. Hosting, email and other infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf. Google Tag Manager is installed to manage website tags. Optional analytics or advertising storage remains denied until you consent through the cookie banner.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers that help operate the website or deliver the requested service, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business reorganisation. Some providers may process data outside your country and use contractual or other lawful safeguards where required.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, establish or defend legal claims and meet accounting or legal requirements. Retention may differ when an enquiry becomes a client engagement.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right, email us and provide enough information to identify the relevant request.
8. Security and children
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no internet transmission is completely secure. This business service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision.
